CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are 50% of the missed appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY

We respect everyone’s time and hope you feel the same! If you no show to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment and a card held on file before you are able to schedule another.

BOOKING FEE

All chemical services will require a $55 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee.  This $55 will go towards your final balance of the scheduled appointment. If you no show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are forfeiting the $55.

We love all of our clients at Reverie Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly salon.  That’s why we have set in place a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them coming back again and again.
